It’s time once again for annual performance evaluations to be completed. This year, all salary exempt employees will perform a self-evaluation. The self-evaluation and manager discussion are tools for the employee and their manager to review prior year performance, expectations, successes and set goals for the year.
Your supervisor will be in touch over the coming week to schedule a time during the week of 1/20-1/24 for the review. We suggest completing the self-assessment portion of the review by 1/15 so your supervisor has an opportunity to review the self-assessment ahead of your scheduled discussion. Below is a general timeline for the review period.
- January 7th-15th – Self Assessment Period (Please submit your self-evaluations to your supervisor by 1/15)
- January 20th-24th – Staff Review Period (Supervisors and Managers will schedule times for individual employee reviews)
- January 29th (targeted date) – Bonus and salary adjustments paid and effective
